You can request deletion of your Dearfolio account without reinstalling the app.
Request deletion by email
Email admin@voalice.com with the subject Dearfolio account deletion. Include the email linked to your account or your account identifier and say that you want your account and associated data deleted.
Email a deletion request ↗If you use Apple’s private relay address, include that address if you know it. We will help verify ownership. Never send your password, verification code, payment card details or identity documents in your initial request.
Or delete in the app
Sign in, open My / 我的, and choose Delete account and data / 删除账号与数据 in the data and privacy section. Complete the account verification and deletion confirmation shown. If you cannot sign in or find this option, use the email route above.
What is removed?
Deletion removes your account access, your owned record collections, associated records and works, and your personal contributions in other collections. This can affect shared content. Associated stored media is removed or queued for removal; links and active account sessions are revoked. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What can remain?
Content already saved by other people is outside our control. Operational backups and caches may retain copies until replaced or expired. The relevant store retains transaction records under its own policies, and limited records may need to be retained for lawful compliance, dispute handling or security purposes. We will explain any exception relevant to your request. See the privacy policy for more information.
Before you delete
Save independent copies of important content and discuss shared records with collaborators. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel an active subscription in Apple or Google’s subscription settings to stop future renewal.
You can also email us to request deletion of specific data without deleting the whole account. Tell us what data you want removed; we may need to verify your identity and clarify effects on shared records.
