USING DEARFOLIO

Terms of use

These terms apply to Dearfolio, operated by Quite Awesome Limited. Contact admin@voalice.com with questions. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.

Your account

Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in access, and do not impersonate another person. You must meet the minimum age requirements described in our privacy policy and have the capacity or necessary permission to use the service.

Your memories remain yours

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, optimize, display and transmit it as necessary to provide features you request, including collaboration, sharing and AI-assisted creation. You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed to upload and share it.

Do not upload illegal, exploitative or infringing material, disclose another person’s confidential information without authorization, harass others, bypass access controls or abuse the service. Report problematic content to admin@voalice.com, including the relevant link when available.

Shared content and generated works

Review access settings before inviting others or creating a share link. Contributions remain associated with a shared story; deleting content or an account may affect shared records and generated works. Copies saved by other people cannot be recalled remotely.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review generated arrangements before sharing or ordering anything based on them. Do not rely on generated text as a factual record without checking it. Physical printing, if offered, requires a separate order with its own price and delivery terms.

Free use and optional purchases

Free usage is limited. Purchases are available only when offered in your version of the app. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the applicable price, currency, period and benefits before you agree to pay. Displayed previews are not a completed purchase.

Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store before renewal. Removing the app or deleting your Dearfolio account does not cancel a store subscription. Manage cancellation and store refund requests through the store where you purchased. Legally required refund rights remain unaffected.

Storage capacity is a total limit, not an amount accumulated each month. Upload limits are separate. Subscription generation credits are allocated by month and may expire as disclosed in the offer; separately purchased generation credits do not expire. Generation is quoted before confirmation, with failed jobs returning reserved credits. Credit costs may depend on the amount of content and chosen processing quality. Credits are for use in Dearfolio and are not transferable cash.

If a subscription ends and your content exceeds your current limit, new uploads or creation may be restricted. Cancellation alone does not immediately delete existing memories. Keep your own copies and contact support about your account.

Service limits and changes

Media may be compressed, and original camera files may not be retained. Maintain independent backups. We do not guarantee perpetual storage, uninterrupted service, a particular AI result or compatibility with every device. We may maintain or change features and take proportionate action against misuse. Where a change affects a paid entitlement, applicable store terms and consumer law apply.

Ending use and resolving problems

You can stop using Dearfolio and request account deletion. Contact us first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, or replaces applicable Apple or Google store terms.
